Primary Responsibilities


  • Serve as the vital contact partner for clients, ensuring their progress and happiness
  • Connect with clients and team members with professionalism and charm
  • Guide clients through financial insights like investments, insurance, and savings
  • Create personalized financial plans, aiding clients in budgeting, debt management, and retirement planning
  • Process and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client engagement and satisfaction



Requirements


  • Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
  • Successfully pass a background check
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Life Producer license to be obtained within two weeks of hire
  • Proficient with CRM systems like Salesforce and capable of producing thorough reports
  • Skilled in interpreting account health metrics and preparing clear summaries
  • Experienced in identifying potential growth avenues



Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in customer service, leadership, or management is highly regarded
  • Education, coaching, military, or elite athlete experience is an asset
