Simplify AT&T Business plan comparisons by explaining wireless, Business Fiber, and communication tools in everyday language that supports decision‑making.
Build long‑term trust by offering responsive support, personalized sales insights, and follow‑through that reinforces AT&T Business reliability.
Manage account service tasks, upgrades, line changes, feature additions, and onboarding coordination to keep businesses organized and informed.
Partner with sales departments to address service questions, streamline resolutions, and maintain strong business relationships.
Support acquisition and sales goals by identifying opportunities where AT&T Business solutions can improve operations, productivity, or communication.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in customer success or B2B sales is a plus.
Strong sales skills with the ability to explain technical details in simple terms.
