Our client, a vertical B2B SaaS company, is hiring a remote CSM.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of 25-40 mid-market accounts
- Drive product adoption and measurable customer outcomes
- Lead QBRs, success plans, and renewal conversations
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with AEs to close
- Be the customer voice into product and engineering
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success at a B2B SaaS company
- Track record managing renewals and driving expansion
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication
- Comfort with CS tooling (Gainsight, Catalyst, etc.) and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
