Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage and grow relationships with our customers post-sale. You will play a critical role in onboarding new customers, driving product adoption, and ensuring long-term success, retention, and expansion.

Physical Requirements
This position classifies the physical exertion requirements as light physical effort in sedentary to light work, but which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (5-10 pounds). Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation. Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate visual cues or signals.
