Are you technically sharp engineer who enjoys working directly with clients, and wants to grow their expertise in internet infrastructure and security? 101domain is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to serve as the trusted technical advisor for our mid-market and enterprise clients - the person who turns implementations into seamless experiences and keeps our accounts growing.
What you'll do
You'll own the technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise clients using our integrated product suite - Cloudflare Enterprise, Google Workspace, VPS/Dedicated hosting, DMARC/email security, and attack surface monitoring. Day to day, that means leading onboarding and implementation projects, providing technical support across DNS, CDN, email authentication, and proactively identifying optimization and expansion opportunities. You'll also serve as the bridge between clients and our internal engineering and product teams when issues or feedback need to escalate.
What you bring
- 3+ years in a technical support, IT, or client-facing technical role
- Working knowledge of DNS, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP), and email (DMARC/SPF/DKIM concepts)
- Comfort working in Linux/CLI environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A self-starter mindset - you figure things out and follow through
- Experience with Cloudflare, cPanel, or similar hosting/DNS platforms
- CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent a plus
- Exposure to Google Workspace administration a plus
