Job Summary:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners, managing all order activity from quote through delivery
- Process and manage sales orders, change orders, RMAs, and shipping coordination with accuracy and urgency
- Build strong customer relationships while proactively communicating updates, delays, and solutions
- Collaborate with plant schedulers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Support quoting activities alongside Sales Engineers, including custom product configurations
- Monitor open orders and production schedules to identify risks and escalate when needed
- Promote products, services, and sales initiatives to existing customers
