    TITLE: Customer Success Coordinator

    POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Customer Success Coordinator supports the effective operation of the sales department by providing administrative coordination, customer communication support, and data management. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of sales staff and follow-ups while assisting the Manager in organizing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining departmental workflows. The objective of this position is to enhance team efficiency, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the achievement of overall sales and service goals.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Great communication abilities, including written and verbal communicationTime-management skills to respond to customer emails and callsMultitasking and organizational skills to work on multiple issues at one timeTeamwork skills to collaborate with representatives and coworkers in other departmentsEscalating queries and concerns, when necessaryInterpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with customersActive listening and the ability to determine what customers needDetailed orientedComputer knowledge of Microsoft Applications - Outlook, advanced Excel skills; HUBSPOT, CRM softwareSelf-drivenMust be accurate with numbers and order entryAbility to adapt as the company grows and changesPrevious manufacturing, accounting and scheduling experience helpfulCollege education preferred.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Maintain manufacturing-based customer accounts.
