The Customer Success AI Business Analyst Role

Here's how you'll be making an impact:

Your work will directly shape how data drives decisions across the business - and how customers experience analytics.

• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights by building dashboards, reports, and scalable data models
• Use AI and machine learning (predictive modelling, NLP, clustering) to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and identify new opportunities
• Accelerate time-to-insight by automating workflows and embedding AI into everyday analytics processes
• Run experiments that improve how data is used - continuously refining insights to increase trust and usability
• Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, and customer teams to translate real-world challenges into meaningful data solutions
• Enable others to move faster by creating reusable frameworks, clear data definitions, and self-service analytics capabilities

We're looking for a teammate with:

• Someone who enjoys solving complex problems, experimenting with new ideas, and turning data into meaningful impact.
• Experience working with analytics platforms and AI/ML tools, with hands-on exposure to business intelligence environments (Qlik experience is a plus)
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R, with the ability to work with APIs and automation tools
• The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly - whether to technical experts or non-technical stakeholders
• A sharp analytical mindset, with experience defining metrics, running experiments, and turning insights into business value
• Solid understanding of business analysis fundamentals such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
• Familiarity with NLP concepts and awareness of common AI/ML challenges and limitations
• A collaborative, curious, and user-focused approach, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement

Salary and Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $85,000 USD to $100,000 USD per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate's location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

This position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including - but not limited to - medical, dental, and vision coverage life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, paid parental / maternity leave, participation in a 401(k) program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
