    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned automotive OEM customer accounts, building strong long-term relationships and understanding their technical roadmaps, development, and production processes
    • Support internal business units in acquisition activities by providing detailed technical specifications, performance data, and feasibility assessments aligned with their automotive development timelines
    • Conduct system architecture assessments and provide recommendations for optimization of high-voltage power electronics solutions
    • Develop comprehensive technical proposals and documentation that clearly communicate solution benefits, specifications, and implementation timelines to customer stakeholders
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and sales teams to address customer technical concerns, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for solution enhancement
    • Provide technical support to customer teams on product features, integration procedures, and best practices for high-voltage power electronics systems
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and system performance metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement and proactive technical support
    • Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or similar field
    • 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience in the automotive or power electronics industry
    • Strong automotive power electronics experience, including expertise in high-voltage power conversion systems, DC/DC converters, inverters, or on-board chargers
    • Demonstrated experience with automotive manufacturing development cycles, processes, and production timelines
    • Proven ability to develop and communicate complex technical proposals, specifications, and documentation to diverse stakeholder audiences
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to conduct system assessments and provide optimization recommendations
    • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and sales teams in a technical capacity
    • Knowledge of automotive industry standards, compliance requirements, and functional safety principles (e.g., ISO 26262)
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers
