Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering timely, professional, and courteous assistance
  • Educate clients on essential financial topics such as business, investing, insurance, retirement, savings, and estate planning
  • Guide clients in creating tailored financial plans that include budgeting, debt reduction, and retirement planning
  • Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling while ensuring high client satisfaction


What You Need

  • Be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
  • Pass a background check
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Obtain or have a Life Producer license within two weeks
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting skills
  • Analytical abilities to interpret account health metrics
