Job Title: Customer Services Support Operator
Location(s): Irving, TX
Experience Required:
- 2-year vocational training.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Entry-level to junior-level support role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer orders, inquiries, and service requests.
- Process and manage customer orders and maintain customer records.
- Provide first-level remote and onsite user support.
- Escalate complex technical issues to Service Technicians or Service Engineers.
- Coordinate with customers and sales teams to resolve order and service-related issues.
- Assist in investigating and resolving commercial and technical problems.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales technical product guidance.
- Perform routine customer service activities following established procedures.
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide basic troubleshooting support.
- Conduct outbound customer communications when required.
Required Skills:
- Customer service and customer support experience.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Order management and data entry experience.
- Ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with standard office and business software applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer requests simultaneously.
Role Characteristics:

- Escalates unexpected or complex issues to senior technical staff.
