Rate: $23 USD/hour.
Seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to oversee daily operations of Gym, Fitness, and Aquatics departments, ensuring safety, effective communication, and excellent member service.
Responsibilities include managing staff onboarding, training, and communication systems; processing inquiries and sales; conducting building walk-throughs; and supporting program managers with software tools.
Must be 18+, have a high school diploma (college preferred), and basic Microsoft skills. Bilingual in Spanish and previous experience at similar facilities are a plus.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. The role involves physical activity and working in diverse environments.
