Fence Direct is a fast-growing, customer-focused fencing company known for delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. As we continue expanding, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to support our Winter Haven operations.


Position Summary


This role is the front line of our customer experience. You will be responsible for handling inbound leads, supporting the sales pipeline, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service from first contact through project completion.


Key Responsibilities


  •  Manage inbound calls, emails, and online leads with urgency and professionalism 
  •  Qualify leads and schedule appointments for outside sales representatives 
  •  Maintain accurate records in House call Pro (CRM) including notes, follow-ups, and job status updates 
  •  Prepare and send estimates, proposals, and customer communications 
  •  Follow up on open quotes and pending jobs to drive conversion 
  •  Coordinate with operations, permitting, and sales teams to ensure smooth job flow 
  •  Provide customers with updates regarding scheduling, permits, and project timelines 
  •  Support contract processing and documentation accuracy 
  •  Deliver a high level of customer service aligned with company standards 
Qualifications


  •  1–3 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience
  •  Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person) 
  •  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 
  •  Experience with CRM systems (House call Pro preferred) 
  •  Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
  •  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
