Skills

Previous experience in a customer phone support role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
Knowledgeable in technology based support. Basic support includes being able to troubleshoot hardware and answer some software support questions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for document creation and communication
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
Office management experience including front desk operations and administrative support
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and proofreading techniques
Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required
Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Our Customer Support Representatives are the liaisons between our company and its current/potential customers. The ideal candidate will be friendly, service-forward, and able to independently accept ownership of effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries while providing superior customer service and resolution as part of the customer support team; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. This person will receive all of the training, resources, and support they need to be successful within our growing business model.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls for our customers in a timely manner
Manage our customer service inbox with timely order processing, alerting our team members with our standard operating scripts etc...
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics with our tech support clients
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information through questioning, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Assiting in building sustainable relationships and engage customers going the extra mile
Keep accurate notes and records of all conversations in our website portal for those clients maintained in our portal and for those not in our portal in our accounting system in a comprehensible way
Frequently broadens knowledge base and performance skill levels through team knowledge and educational events
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Greet customers in person at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, providing excellent first impressions
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls efficiently, and provide prompt assistance
Handle data entry tasks using computer literacy skills, including updating records and processing customer information
Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately stored and easily accessible

Invoicing clients daily

Job is onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm MT.
