QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities
Meet with members by phone or video conference to review available benefit options
Provide clear explanations and answer questions in a professional manner
Follow up with members to offer additional support when needed
Assist with completing digital forms, applications, and required documentation
Maintain accurate records while following company guidelines and compliance standards
Build positive relationships with the individuals and families you support
