Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping others, and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment. The right person is dependable, organized, coachable, and willing to learn.
Experience using Zoom, online forms, and digital systems is helpful. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and post-secondary education is considered an asset.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your main responsibility will be connecting with members who have requested information about available benefit programs. These conversations are completed by phone or video, allowing you to work remotely while providing professional support.
You will walk members through their options, answer questions, assist with simple digital paperwork, and make sure each person understands the next steps clearly.
A Typical Day May Include
Speaking with members through scheduled phone or Zoom appointments
Explaining benefit information in a simple and professional way
Helping members complete online forms and required documents
Following up with individuals who need additional support
Keeping records organized and accurate
Providing a positive and helpful experience during each interaction
