RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interacting with customers and vendors in a courteous, efficient manner via phone, fax, and email
  • Collaborating with sales teams to enter and process customer orders accurately and on time
  • Researching and resolving customer and vendor inquiries using internal resources and systems
  • Coordinating with vendors, managing billing, and following up on accounts receivable (A/R)
  • Providing technical support for file maintenance and document accuracy
  • Supporting administrative tasks and document services as needed
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks while delivering high-quality customer service
