QUALIFICATIONS

Skills

  • Proficient/Fluent in French or Chinese, or Korean is a major PLUS! (Other Bilingual candidates will be considered too)
  • Strong Bilingual skills: verbal and written communication
  • Minimum 2 years call center or customer service experience — must be proven
  • A natural communicator with strong listening and problem‑solving skills
  • Empathetic, positive, and customer‑first in every interaction
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment while staying organized and professional
  • Strong computer skills required, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
  • Direct Sales/Network Marketing Industry knowledge is a plus
  • Previous experience in high‑pressure or front-line customer service is a bonus
  • Good time management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional, friendly support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist customers and distributors with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account support
  • Resolve issues fully and with care, ensuring satisfaction and follow‑through
    Translate and explain product information and marketing materials for multilingual audiences
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
  • Act as a brand ambassador — embodying our passion for skincare and commitment to excellence
  • Continually strive to exceed metrics and KPI expectations for customer service quality, responsiveness, and satisfaction
