What You'll Do
This is a unique hybrid position that combines customer service with warehouse operations. Every day is a little different, and you'll play an important role in making sure our customers receive the outstanding service they're counting on.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers by phone, email, and in person with product questions and order inquiries.
- Process customer orders, returns, and shipments accurately.
- Receive, organize, and maintain inventory within our Louisville warehouse.
- Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Work closely with our outside sales team and manufacturers to ensure customers receive timely solutions.
- Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and customer service processes.

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Customer service experience.
- Warehouse or inventory experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or relevant work experience is a plus.
