RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities :
•    Support customer order management, including order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment. 
•    Assist with order status updates and communicate issues to internal stakeholders. 
•    Generate and maintain order-related documents following established procedures. 
•    Verify customer orders for credit, pricing, contracts, inventory availability, and transportation. 
•    Help identify order processing issues and support corrective actions. 
•    Resolve routine administrative and customer service inquiries related to orders. 
•    Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 
•    Follow standard procedures for invoices, contract balances, and order documentation. 
•    Escalate complex customer or order-related issues to appropriate teams. 
•    Perform general administrative and clerical support duties as assigned.
