Brief Summary:
Under the direction of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager, the Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for assisting with management and operations of the customer service desk. Your primary objective is to hire and train successful associates for our store. It is the Customer Service Supervisor's responsibility to motivate, coach and inspire staff to achieve new levels of success and be customer-centric in their attitude and actions. Your goal is to consistently grow sales and profit by assisting the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager in all operational procedures, reporting, inventory duties, and sales opportunities.

Well-lit, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office and showroom setting with adequate ventilation. Occasional trips to the branch warehouse area which is well-lit, covered area with adequate ventilation.
