This full-time customer service role involves assisting clients and sales teams with quotations, project support, and communication related to high-quality interior furnishings.
- Answering calls, building relationships, and providing product information.
- Preparing price quotes and following up with customers and representatives.
- Supporting motorized project needs and coordinating with installers and designers.
- Gathering and examining documentation to resolve inquiries and complaints.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive service and accurate documentation.
Qualifications include at least one year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, organization, and proficiency in word processing. Interior design or related industry knowledge is a plus.
