For our Spare Parts Dept, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Customer Service Specialist responsible for
handling inquiries, data entry, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at our Richmond, VA location.
Customer Service Specialist
Essential Duties
Deliver high-quality customer service through
professional and timely communication via phone
and email.
Process customer quotations, orders, and invoicing
for Individual Spare Parts and kits with high degree
of accuracy.
Review availability and process internal purchase
orders
Proactively communicate with customers regarding
order status, shipment timelines, parts availability,
past due reports and outstanding invoices.
Maintain accurate records by updating internal
company databases for machine projects/kits.
Compile documentation required for installation kits.
Coordinate travel accommodations for Richmond
location (backgrounds, safety requirements, and
travel and hotel accommodations.
Support internal teams by maintaining organized
documentation and communication.
Process repairs as needed
Assist in inventory control as needed
Other duties assigned by Management
Education & Skills Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Proven experience in Customer Service and office
experience (minimum of 3-5years)
Reside in Richmond, VA or commutable distance
Ability to travel quarterly to Greensboro, NC location
(meetings and collaboration)
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
SAP experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong sense of professionalism
Experience with Concur is desired
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
