Role Summary:
Support Fraud Management by reviewing, identifying, and preventing fraudulent activity. Handle inbound calls from customers, validate identity, and investigate fraud using internal/external tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to detect and resolve fraud cases (identity theft, fraudulent orders)
- Conduct investigations and escalate when needed
- Verify customer identity and ensure policy compliance
- Monitor fraud trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with teams via Slack and internal systems
Daily Tasks:
- Handle customer calls related to fraud
- Review documents and validate identity
- Use multiple systems to investigate and resolve cases
Requirements:
- 1+ year in fraud, customer service, or call center
- Strong communication, phone, and typing skills
- Ability to multitask across systems
- Basic computer skills (Windows environment)
This role will be hybrid, 3 days office/2 days remote after training is complete.
