Job Title : Customer Support Specialist / Customer Service Specialist


Location : Overland Park, KS 66251 (Hybrid)


Duration : 12 Months


Shift Details : Hybrid

Role Summary:
Support Fraud Management by reviewing, identifying, and preventing fraudulent activity. Handle inbound calls from customers, validate identity, and investigate fraud using internal/external tools.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to detect and resolve fraud cases (identity theft, fraudulent orders)
  • Conduct investigations and escalate when needed
  • Verify customer identity and ensure policy compliance
  • Monitor fraud trends and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with teams via Slack and internal systems

 

Daily Tasks:

  • Handle customer calls related to fraud
  • Review documents and validate identity
  • Use multiple systems to investigate and resolve cases

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ year in fraud, customer service, or call center
  • Strong communication, phone, and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask across systems
  • Basic computer skills (Windows environment)

 

This role will be hybrid, 3 days office/2 days remote after training is complete.
