Arux is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for their customers. If you are patient, a clear communicator, and take pride in making things simple for others, we would love to hear from you.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE

• Review and respond to open customer inquiries via phone, chat, and ticketing system.
• Prioritize, troubleshoot, and record details within customer inquiries.
• Participate in customer calls, recording needs and tracking action items.
• Manage and maintain accurate records in the customer database.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure prompt and thorough customer response.

• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience. Community education background is a plus.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• From $55,000 per year.

LOCATION AND SHIFT TIMES

• Downtown Minneapolis, MN, In Person, Full Time.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
