JSG is recruiting a Customer Service Specialist fpr a clint in Marlborough MA. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay $24/hour

Required Skills:
  • Proven proficiency as a Customer Service Representative with experience beyond call centers or retail
  • Knowledge of SAP-R3 or equivalent ERP systems (minimum 6 months to 1 year experience), including order entry, invoicing, and delivery management
  • Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills working across multiple departments and with external contacts
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (intermediate to high level)
  • Ability to multitask, manage projects, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to implement process improvements
  • Experience with the Sales to Cash (STC) or Requisition to Pay (RTP) processes is preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and SharePoint platforms
  • Knowledge of quality systems and business processes
  • Experience supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance initiatives
  • Previous exposure to demand and supply planning or order management
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or related environment
