Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Shift: Monday - Friday | Candidates must be flexible for trainingschedules and occasional shift coverage between 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Position Overview

Abbott Heart Failure - Acelis Connected Health is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support patients and customers in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with account updates, collecting INR results, creating supply orders, and providing general product and testing support. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent attendance, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Collect, receive, and record INR results
  • Assist customers with demographic, physician, and member plan updates
  • Create and manage supply orders
  • Follow call scripts and company procedures during customer interactions
  • Contact physicians regarding INR results based on reporting requirements
  • Support customers with testing procedures and digital platform usage
  • Provide product overviews and basic technical assistance
  • Assist with customer concerns, escalations, and complaints
  • Maintain schedule adherence and attendance standards
  • Follow HIPAA, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance policies
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of high-volume call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, smart devices, and navigating multiple systems
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of high-volume call center experience
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare environment
  • Associate's Degree preferred
