Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

  • Field questions from the customer service team while performing all daily responsibilities of a customer service specialist as a Lead
  • Provide services through peer-to-peer coaching, driving incentives, and implementing employee engagement initiatives
  • Serve as project lead for analyzing customer trends, pulling Salesforce reports for Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking, and creating operational alerts in Salesforce
  • Communicate feedback on roadblocks to local teams to facilitate the execution of process improvements
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 2 to 4 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
