Customer Service Specialist (Contract to Hire)
About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join a growing team within the industrial compliance and regulated materials sector in Lake Forest. This role is ideal forsomeone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service.

You'll play a key role in managing communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring service requests are executed accurately and on time. What You'll Do
  • Serve as a primary contact for customers and vendors via phone and email
  • Prepare pricing quotes and create job documentation
  • Coordinate scheduling with project managers, drivers, and field teams
  • Track and manage job progress to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate across departments to support operational efficiency
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support

Qualifications
