Forest River, Inc., the Nation's largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.Responsibilities* Provide customer service and technical support to both our retail and retail base via phone, email, written correspondence and fax* Provide a variety of supporting roles for the Customer Service department* Participate in cross-training of tasks with in department* Process dealer's parts orders and Warranty Claims* Answer questions regarding claims via phone/email* Record retention and reporting* Miscellaneous office duties* Learn product like from frame to finalQualifications* Attention to detail and accuracy* Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs* Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV, Buss or Commercial Vehicle parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills* A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network* Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities givenForest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced.
