Title: Customer Service Specialist (Early Career / Entry Level) Location: Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN Duration: 3 months Work Engagement: W2 Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits Summary: We are hiring Customer Service Specialists to join our organization; this is an entry‑level opportunity designed for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are interested in building a long‑term career in customer service within a regulated financial environment. Successful candidates will participate in a paid, 3‑month Series 7 training program. Individuals who successfully complete the training and demonstrate strong performance may be extended or offered full‑time employment. Training program focused on: Series 7 licensing preparation Product and service knowledge Regulatory and compliance fundamentals Customer interaction and service excellence Candidates must successfully complete all training and assessments to remain eligible for extension or full‑time hire Responsibilities: Provide professional, knowledgeable, and timely customer support via phone and/or digital channels Respond to customer inquiries related to accounts, products, and services Accurately document customer interactions and follow standard operating procedures Escalate complex or high‑risk issues to appropriate internal teams Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and quality standards Participate fully in required training programs, including Series 7 licensing preparation Continuously build product knowledge and customer service skills Qualifications: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional, customer‑focused mindset Ability to learn new systems and complex information quickly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Willingness and ability to complete Series 7 licensing during paid training
