Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies is working with a diverse holding company located in North Denver immediately seeking to hire a Customer Service Specialist. This is a full-time, M-F, 40 hours per week direct hire position.
Customer Service Specialist:
The Customer Service Specialist will work with customers to assist in the maintenance of their lease and financial accounts and some office support duties. We are looking for a team-oriented individual who enjoys to working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer in-bound customer calls and provide excellent customer service
Ensure all contracts are correct
Ensure all insurance binders are up to date and in compliance
Manage insurance claims
Act as Sales Support
Pull Payoffs on customer accounts
Research and advise customers on toll violations
Generate invoices
Notify customers on upcoming lease expirations
Scanning
Manage account verification
Prepare weekly reports
Fill in for receptionist when needed (sick days, PTO, mealtimes)
Act as a liaison for customers and all departments
Requirements:
College degree preferred
Valid Driver's License
Basic computer knowledge
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Microsoft office experience
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position starts at $26.00 per hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more.
