About the Role


We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our operations — supporting client relationships, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every order is executed seamlessly.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional support
  • Assist with order entry, tracking, and delivery scheduling
  • Collaborate with internal teams (dispatch, warehouse, operations) to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor shipments and proactively communicate updates to clients
  • Maintain accurate account records, documentation, and reporting
  • Help resolve service issues quickly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Support account management with reporting and data insights
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or logistics (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM/logistics systems are a plus
  • A solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
