Job Description:
Seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to support customers across the Latin American market. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving shipment and warranty issues, and performing accurate data/order entry in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, emails, and order inquiries in English and Spanish
Process orders, returns, shipments, and warranty claims accurately
Perform data/order entry and maintain customer records
Coordinate with carriers and service centers on shipment issues and inventory transfers
Provide professional customer support and product information
Assist with billing, backorders, replacement parts, and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with data/order entry and Microsoft Windows
SAP experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
