We are seeking a dynamic Order Management Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial audio product orders, serving as the primary contact for customers and internal teams.

Your responsibilities include managing ERP order entry, ensuring compliance, providing updates, coordinating with departments, supporting sales efforts, and generating reports.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and 3-5 years in customer service or inside sales. Experience with export regulations, military procurement, or distribution channels is preferred.
