We are seeking a customer service oriented Inside Sales Representative for a stable and growing industrial distribution company with a close-knit team environment.
This role is fully on-site in Boise, ID, offering strong long-term growth potential.
PERKS AND BENEFITS:
Salary of $55,000 to $70,000, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with 3% match, career growth opportunities, and a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Support customers through phone and email communication
Process purchase orders, quotes, pricing, and product availability requests
Build strong relationships with existing customers and follow up on quotes and dormant accounts
Research products, parts, fittings, pumps, and inventory within internal systems
Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Handle a mix of large corporate accounts and smaller customer requests in a fast-paced environment
