Job Summary/Objective:
Customer Service Specialists provide clerical support to staff and teams in support of performance goals. Serves as an important contact to customers via telephone calls and greeting guests representing Summit Pointe in a professional manner. They ensure insurance information is received, co-pay is paid, data entry is completed, reports are compiled, scheduling activities are performed, and clinical files are maintained.
