What You'll Do

As a Client Service Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth store operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting clients and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Handling transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
  • Managing inventory and processing special orders and repairs.
  • Answering phones and directing calls to the right team member.
  • Receiving and sorting shipments, communicating details to the team.
  • Collaborating with teammates to solve problems and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Performing other duties as needed to support the store.
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or office support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a desire to have fun every day!
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of hands for handling and reaching.
  • Occasionally lift/move up to 35 lbs.
