Cable's Roofing is looking for a Customer Service Specialist and Lead Coordinator to join our team in our Tyler, Texas office. This person will drive both potential customer lead intakes and customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, creating leads for sales reps, addressing customer issues and warranty claims, soliciting and processing customer reviews and resolving customer problems.
The ideal candidate has sales oriented and customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every prospect and customer interaction.

Wage based on your qualifications. Starting pay range is $18 - $25 per hour with room for growth well beyond this hourly rate as well as an internal career path within the company.
