Customer Service & Shipping Coordinator
Location: Sussex, WI
I'm partnering with a growing machining job shop in Sussex, WI looking to add a Customer Service & Shipping Coordinator to their team. This is a hands-on role supporting both customer communication and shipping/logistics operations.
What you'll be doing:
Enter customer orders and product information into the system with a high level of accuracy
Maintain and track inventory to ensure data integrity and availability
Coordinate outbound shipments, including scheduling trucks and carriers
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading
Communicate with customers regarding order status, updates, and questions
Work closely with production and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
Support general administrative and coordination tasks as needed
What we're looking for:
Prior experience in customer service, shipping/logistics, or manufacturing support role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment
Experience with ERP or order entry systems preferred
Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
Ability to balance multiple priorities and stay on top of deadlines

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
