In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely support, resolving issues, and delivering a positive overall experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a problem‑solving mindset, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics
