Location: Santa Ana, CA
Pay: $22/hr + Monthly Bonus Plan
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
As a sales/customer service rep, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, solving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining current and accurate information. You will assist customers in person in our showroom and over the phone/email.
Ideal candidate is a self-starter who has experience in customer service and possesses strong communication skills.
Must possess a diverse skillset, able to multi-task, work well under pressure.
Duties and responsibilities:
*Assist high volume of customer walk ins daily.
*Handling technical product questions
*Processing customer orders/invoices
*Follow up with customers by phone and/or email
*Data entry
*Work well independently without requiring follow up
*Follow up with customers as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
*Excellent interpersonal and phone skills
*Availability to work shifts between 730am and 630p Tues-Sat
*Sales experience preferred
*Good listening skills
