Support airlines and Maintenance Repair & Overhaul MRO facilities across Aerostructures OE aircraft and engine configurations including Aircraft on Ground AOG situations. Manage customer communications via phone and email ensuring timely accurate and professional service. Coordinate with internal teams including Aftermarket Technical Services MRO partners Distribution Centers Licensing Finance Pricing and other functional groups to facilitate transactions. Collaborate with support teams to gather enter update and maintain data within Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce. Monitor customer requests and follow through to successful resolution. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to asset management activities. Support the Asset Management Program AMP team in managing aerospace component lease and exchange programs. Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.This is a full-time onsite opportunity. Monday through Friday 40 hours per week.The ideal candidate will haveRequired Skills & Qualifications Bachelors Degree BABS. Minimum of 2 years of customer support or customer service experience. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to solve customer issues utilizing established processes and systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint. Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident. Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.Preferred Skills & Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering. Previous aerospace industry experience. Experience supporting leasing exchanges supply chain or aftermarket operations. Ability to create and maintain Power BI reports. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
