Your role will be to answer questions, explain available options, and assist individuals through a professional consultation process so they can make informed decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct consultations with members through phone or video platforms
Explain available benefit programs in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
Follow up with members to answer additional questions and provide support
Assist individuals with completing digital forms and documentation
Maintain organized records while following compliance and documentation standards
Build strong relationships with the individuals and families you assist
