Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working from a home office and local REMOTELY.
<\/div>

<\/div>
The Customer Service team assists insureds, individuals, service providers, and adjusters with claim payments processed by Lillis & Jansen PC<\/span>. To do well in this role, you need to be a people -person who is detail oriented and posse a strong interested in exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Communicate and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (i.e., phone, email, chat, etc.).<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Resolve customer complaints and de -escalate situations or escalate to team lead or Manager and/or other internal resources necessary<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Knowledgeable in our products and services<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • At least 18 years of age<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Aptitude to multi -task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Previous contact center experience<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • High school diploma or equivalent<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • 2 years of recent financial experience<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team -oriented environment<\/span>
