Communicate with members through both inbound and outbound contact

Schedule and lead virtual appointments to discuss available benefit options

Present program information in a clear, professional, and accurate manner

Assist members with basic enrollment steps and online application processes

Keep detailed records of conversations, appointments, and follow-ups

Provide ongoing support to ensure each member has a smooth experience

Participate in regular training, coaching, and leadership development sessions
