We’re currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our Verizon FiOS campaign. In this Customer Service Representative role, you’ll work directly with customers through face-to-face interactions, helping them navigate services, answer questions, and find the right solutions while supporting sales efforts.
What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
- Provide clear, face-to-face, friendly support to customers regarding Verizon FiOS products and services
- Assist customers with account questions, service options, and basic troubleshooting as a Customer Service Representative
- Build positive relationships by listening first and responding with care
- Identify customer needs and contribute to sales conversations by recommending appropriate solu

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions as part of the Customer Service Representative team
