Customer Service Representative - Responsible for delivering exceptional experience to customers and students across multiple platforms. You will support daily operations through customer service, training coordination, marketing assistance, and system management.
- Location: Winter Garden, FL
- Pay: $18.00/hour
- Schedule: 1st Shift (Days may vary)
Requirements:- 24 years of experience in customer service, marketing support, operations, or similar role
- Strong written communication skills (professional and friendly tone)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using CRM, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with Shopify, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Skool, or similar tools is a plus
- Experience supporting online programs or communities preferred
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, chat, and social media
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, professional support
- Manage restock notifications and follow up with clients
- Support training communications, reminders, and logistics
- Manage and moderate online community platforms
- Approve members, respond to questions, and maintain engagement
- Update shared resources and announcements
- Assist with email and SMS campaigns (promotions, launches, events)
- Help manage contact lists, automation workflows, and scheduling
- Assist with landing pages, blogs, and basic SEO updates
- Support review moderation and inventory updates
- Maintain CRM systems and troubleshoot issues (duplicates, routing, etc.)
- Assist with building FAQs and internal resources
