Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide positive experiences to retain and grow customer base
- Communicate with prospects and customers about services, scheduling, and billing
- Resolve issues, answer questions, and offer general marketing info
- Maintain accurate records and notes in system software
- Assist with technician paperwork and service tickets
- Calm and diffuse upset customers and escalate issues when needed
- Collect and reconcile payments
- Follow telephone etiquette and customer service procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic computer and phone skills
- High school diploma or GED, 18+ years old
