Total Staffing Solutions powered by TTR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a growing transportation company in **Willowbrook, Illinois **that assists trucking companies with regulatory services.

This is a full-time, performance-to-hire opportunity on the first shift. Shift hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Pay is $22.00 per hour.

Customer Service Representative Position Overview

This role consists of administrative tasks and daily interaction with clients in person, by telephone, and through email. The position supports the processing of vehicle plate applications and related documentation for the State of Illinois. Strong attendance and reliability are required.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

  • Process and track vehicle plate applications and related documentation
  • Assist clients in person with applications and required paperwork
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer questions regarding documentation
  • Manage inbound and outbound emails and phone calls
  • Acknowledge and respond to emails within 30 minutes
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly completed and filed
  • Perform administrative tasks in a high-volume office environment
  • Communicate professionally with clients in person, by phone, and via email
  • Support a fast-paced workflow while maintaining accuracy and organization

Work Environment

This role involves handling a high volume of paper documents daily. Attention to detail is critical, as errors can have financial impact on both the company and its clients. Organization, accuracy, timeliness, and strong attendance are essential.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or administrative office experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage workflow efficiently
  • Professional and receptive to feedback
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with clients in person, by phone, and through email
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
